As ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ continues its record-breaking “tsunami” at the global box office, actor Arjun Rampal has taken a moment to honor the casting director. Portraying the ruthless Major Iqbal, a character inspired by real-life terror masterminds, Rampal is receiving career-best reviews for his brutal and cold performance. On March 20, 2026, the actor shared an emotional video from the office of ace casting director Mukesh Chhabra, labeling him and his team the “Real Dhurandhars” for casting him against type.

The video features Arjun joyfully marking ‘Dhurandhar 2’s release at casting director Mukesh Chhabra’s office alongside the team. He expresses deep thanks to Mukesh for entrusting him with the film’s pivotal role, highlighting how Mukesh was essential to his path in the project. Following the release of ‘Dhurandhar 2’, casting director Mukesh Chhabra posted an emotional note for director Aditya Dhar. He shared, “I have seen you closely over the years, but I had no idea that the person I knew was actually a genius, truly a genius. The way you’ve made this film, the detailing, the conviction, the emotion but more than that, the way you respect every single person around you, the love you give and the love you receive, it’s something rare. And now the entire country is seeing it, feeling it and talking about you. And you know the best part, while we were working on the film, you kept saying, ‘You’ll see, you’ll see what I’m going to do.’ You kept pushing your own boundaries, saying that you’ll make sure everyone talks about this film.
