All India Rajinikanth Fans Welfare Association issues crucial warning

'Strictly prohibited': All India Rajinikanth Fans Welfare Association issues crucial warning for political outfits

In a decisive move to protect the Superstar’s completely apolitical stance, the All India Rajinikanth Fans Welfare Association has issued a strict legal warning prohibiting any political party or organization from using Rajinikanth’s name, flag, or photographs for political gains. This official directive, issued directly on the instructions of the Jailer 2 star, comes on the heels of high-profile political references by leaders like former BJP chief K. Annamalai and actor-director Raghava Lawrence. By enforcing this absolute ban, the veteran actor’s official network aims to silence renewed speculations.

Fans’ association bans use of Rajinikanth’s name and photo

In an official statement, the association said that Rajinikanth’s name and image should not be used by any political party or group. The notice added that the directive was issued as per the Superstar’s instructions and has been communicated to all fan club administrators and members. The move comes at a time when several public figures have recently referred to Rajinikanth while discussing politics, leading to renewed speculation about his role in public life.

Rajinikanth had earlier stepped away from politics

A few years ago, Rajinikanth announced his intention to enter politics and launch a political party. Nonetheless, he withdrew from this initiative on the grounds of poor health. Ever since that incident, the experienced actor has continued to keep himself busy only with his cinematic career and steered clear of political matters at all times. Notwithstanding this, his popularity and relevance continue to make him a key player in the state’s political discourse.

Recent political references put the spotlight back on the Superstar

The latest statement has come amid fresh political developments in the state. Recently, former BJP leader Annamalai mentioned that Rajinikanth had once encouraged him politically. Actor Raghava Lawrence remembered that he would not hesitate to participate in Rajinikanth’s political party when it had been announced earlier. Latha Rajinikanth, who is the wife of Rajinikanth, has started a fresh activity recently, which has also attracted people’s attention. Go to Source
