‘Avengers: Doomsday’ trailer to release at Comic-Con, San Diego on July 25

The first look and trailer for the upcoming superhero film, Avengers Doomsday, are going to be unveiled at the upcoming Comic Con event in San Diego on July 25. (Instagram)

‘Avengers: Doomsday’ is only months away from its release, and fans have been waiting every passing day for major updates about the film, including its first trailer. According to the latest reports, the first trailer might be unveiled in a few days, showing a new era of ‘Avengers’ in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Avengers: Doomsday’ trailer to reportedly release later this month

In the coming weeks, many events and unveilings will happen at the San Diego Comic-Con. This might include ‘Avengers: Doomsday,’ according to The Hollywood Reporter. The portal shared that Marvel would unveil a teaser at the Comic-Con. A short clip, which has still been kept under wraps, was shared earlier this year at another Comic-Con event. The trailer for the upcoming film will possibly be unveiled on July 25, during their Hall H presentation, which was confirmed weeks ago.

The upcoming film is all set to usher in a new era in the MCU, as all of the original Avengers have been replaced with a brand new ensemble, led by Florence Pugh’s Yelena Belova. Earlier, the production studio had planned a project titled ‘Avengers: The Kang Dynasty with Doomsday.’ However, after much consideration, the project was dropped, and the main focus shifted back to Doomsday.The film is also set to feature a crazy crossover from some of the biggest heroes from the cinematic universe. This includes the new Avengers, along with Fantastic Four, led by actor Pedro Pascal and Vanessa Kirby. The X-Men, as well as old cast members like Chris Hemsworth as Thor and Ian McKellen as Magneto, will also reprise their roles in the film. One of the highlights of the event is Robert Downey Jr’s Doctor Doom, who earlier played the role of Iron Man in the original series.Fans are also expecting to catch a glimpse of Robert Downey Jr. in his brand new role as an antagonist rather than a superhero.

The report also confirmed that ‘ Avengers: Doomsday’ will have a run time of 165 minutes, which amounts to 2 hours and 45 minutes.
