This place is estimated to cost around Rs 15 crore; however, the actual price at which the Indian music composer bought it has not been revealed. The house features multiple bedrooms, a large dining hall area for family time, as well as a separate family room with leather loungers. He also has a studio set up in home as this is the place where he spends most of his time. The artist purchased the property in 2005.

Born on January 6, 1967, the singer began his journey with a humble life. He was born in Madras, and from the get-go, his childhood was influenced by music. His father was a film score composer and conductor at the time for Malayalam films, and after starting piano at the age of four, he would often accompany and help his father in the studio. After his father’s passing, he worked to support his family and would often miss his classes. Through all of this, he managed to complete his schooling. In college, he soon dropped out altogether to pursue music. He used to work as a member of various bands, including the Roots and Nemesis Avenue. He started composing music for TV shows and serials later on in the 1980s, and the rest is history. His first work in a film came in 1992 with Mani Ratnam’s ‘Roja.’Over the past 30+ years, A.R. Rahman has worked with some of the biggest musicians in the world and has grown into an international star.
