The property originally belonged to Raj Kapoor and Krishna Raj Kapoor and was later passed on to Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor in the 1980s. Now, Alia and Ranbir are set to take that legacy forward.The six-storey mansion has been under construction for several years. Alia and Ranbir, along with their daughter Raha, were often spotted visiting the site during its development, with Neetu Kapoor frequently seen supervising the progress.
