Nandamuri Balakrishna’s ‘Akhanda 2: Thaandavam’ has achieved a strong first week at the box office, raking in an estimated Rs 76.75 crore India net. The film saw a slight dip on its eighth day, collecting Rs 1.75 crore, bringing its total to Rs 78.50 crore. Occupancy rates for the Telugu version on Friday, December 19, 2025, hovered around 20.30%.

Nandamuri Balakrishna’s ‘Akhanda 2: Thaandavam’ has completed its first week at the box office with strong numbers. The film performed very well in its first seven days and earned an estimated Rs 76.75 crore India net.

‘Akhanda 2: Thaandavam’ day 7 collection

On Day 7, which was the first Thursday, the film collected Rs 2.85 crore India net across languages. Telugu version earned Rs 2.45 crore, while Tamil contributed Rs 33 lakhs. Hindi and Kannada added smaller numbers. There was a slight drop of around 13.64%, as reported by the Sacnilk website.

On Day 8, Friday, ‘Akhanda 2: Thaandavam’ earned around Rs 1.75 crore India net, as per early estimates. This drop was expected after the first week. With this collection, the total India net box office figure now stands at Rs 78.50 crore. The film is slowly moving towards the Rs 80 crore mark.

‘Akhanda 2: Thaandavam’ occupancy report

On Friday, December 19, 2025, the film recorded an overall 20.30% Telugu (2D) occupancy. Morning shows began at 16.19%, while afternoon shows improved to 20.73%. Evening shows stood at 21.39%, and night shows performed best at 22.90%. Telugu (3D) occupancy remained low at 8.42% overall. Tamil (2D) version recorded an overall occupancy of 10.64%. The afternoon shows did slightly better than morning and night shows.
