In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter India, Ajith Kumar expressed that fan interactions sometimes turn unpredictable. The actor shared that there are a lot of admirers who just want to touch him once. Recalling a 2005 incident, he said, “It happens very often. There are a lot of people stretching their arms out. So I shake hands, get into the car, and I’m bleeding. Then I realize I have been cut… It was during an outdoor shoot.”Ajith revealed that they were staying at the hotel and a crowd used to gather outside every day. The hotel owner requested him to spare some time whenever he enters or exits the hotel, as the management was not able to control the crowd. The actor stated that the owner requested him to wave at the people or maybe take some pictures with them.He then shared that one fine day, a lot of people were stretching their arms out for him to shake his hands and touch them. He added, “Before I realized, there was a lot of commotion, and one of the security guys had grabbed a boy barely in his 18 or 19. He had broken a blade in half and had it between his hands. Somebody noticed and grabbed them by the hand. That guy was not in his senses. We didn’t know if he was drunk or what. He was in hysteria.”

On the work front, Ajith Kumar was last seen in the films ‘Vidaamuyarchi’ and ‘Good Bad Ugly’ this year. The actor is currently enjoying his other passion, racing cars. He has not yet announced his next film.
