After ‘Top Gun 3’ announcement, Tom Cruise lands in style by helicopter in London

When the aura bells start ringing in town, you just know it’s Tom Cruise. The stylish actor had a touchdown at London Helipad, alighting from his helicopter earlier this week. Just after the recent announcement of the blockbuster film’s threequel, ‘Top Gun 3,’ being in production, the 63-year-old star was spotted in all-black as the rain covered the sky.

Tom Cruise lands in all black in London

Excitement rushed through the social media apps after the confirmation that the box-office-breaking film ‘Top Gun: Maverick’ would be getting the next part. However, the ‘Jerry Maguire’ actor has been cruising through the intense films and was seen taking a ride to the United Kingdom on May 14, 2026, according to People Magazine. Draped in a black outfit, the actor donned a collared black jacket and black slacks, along with subtle shades. He was further seen greeting the airport staff and holding his umbrella during the slight drizzle.

Tom Cruise’s return to the ‘Top Gun’ franchise

Earlier this year, it was revealed that Tom Cruise will be flying the skies yet again at CinemaCon during a presentation. However, no other returning cast member is confirmed for the action drama, according to The Guardian. “We’re thinking and talking about many different stories and what could we do and what’s possible,” he said last year in an Australian show, Today, before adding, “It took me 35 years to figure out Top Gun: Maverick. So, all of these things we’re working on, we’re discussing Days of Thunder and Top Gun: Maverick.”

Tom Cruise signed another movie?

While the whispers about Tom Cruise’s next film surge, he is reportedly in talks with another spy film titled ‘Doppelgänger.’ Jeff Snider’s entertainment newsletter, The InSneider, claimed that the actor talked with writer Aneesh Chaganty. Go to Source
