Sumit Nagal reaches out to Chinese embassy after visa rejection casts shadow over Australian Open hopes

Indian No 1 Sumit Nagal was scheduled to participate in the 2026 Australian Open Asia-Pacific Wildcard Playoff, which gets underway in Chengdu on 24 November. His preparation for the event, however, has hit a roadblock after his application for a Chinese visa was rejected.
