How to Claim Kerala Lottery Prize Money?
Winners must first confirm their ticket numbers with the official results published in the Kerala Government Gazette. Once verified, prizes can be claimed in person at the Kerala Lottery Office, Gorky Bhavan, near Bakery Junction, Thiruvananthapuram.
For a successful claim, the following documents are mandatory:
- The original winning ticket, self-attested on both sides
- A passport-size photograph, attested by a Gazetted Officer
- A self-attested copy of the PAN card (for tax compliance)
- Valid ID and address proof such as Aadhaar, Voter ID, Ration Card or PAN card
- A duly filled prize claim form (downloadable online), affixed with a revenue stamp and submitted as per guidelines
All claims must be filed within 30 days from the draw date, failing which the prize will be forfeited.
