Winners should carefully cross-check their ticket numbers with the official results published in the Kerala Government Gazette. If your number is listed as a winner, you can claim your prize at the Kerala Lottery Office, Gorky Bhavan, near Bakery Junction in Thiruvananthapuram.
To claim your prize, you must submit the following:
- The original winning ticket, self-attested on both sides
- A recent passport-size photograph attested by a Gazetted Officer
- A self-attested copy of your PAN card (for tax purposes)
- Valid photo and address proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Ration Card or PAN card)
- A duly completed prize claim form (available online) with a revenue stamp affixed as per official guidelines
- All prize claims must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the draw to be processed.
