Dream11, one of India’s top real-money gaming (RMG) companies, on Friday announced to shut down all its real-money gaming contests and pivot its business to a free-to-play online social game, after the Parliament passed the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Bill, 2025.
In a statement issued by the company on its social media platforms, it said, “This morning, we stopped all paid contests on Dream11 and pivoted entirely to a free-to-play online social game.”
