The recently launched Renault Duster has also contributed to demand, with deliveries beginning in the latter part of April.Renault India on Friday reported a 108 per cent year-on-year rise in domestic wholesales for April 2026, selling 5,413 units compared with 2,602 units in the same month last year.
The sharp increase marks a strong start to FY2027 for the automaker and reflects continued momentum in its domestic business following recent product launches.
The company’s sales growth has been supported by its refreshed portfolio, including the new-generation Triber and Kiger introduced in late 2025.
The recently launched Renault Duster has also contributed to demand, with deliveries beginning in the latter part of April.
Renault’s April performance signals sustained recovery in volumes as the automaker looks to strengthen its position in India’s competitive passenger vehicle market.
To support rising demand, the company has also expanded its retail and service presence, adding new outlets and workshops. Renault India’s total sales and service touchpoints now stand at 638 across the country.
