Both trims sit between the existing HTK+ and HTX variants and include premium features such as a panoramic sunroof, LED lamps for all three rows, window auto up/down for all windows, ECM room mirror, wireless charger, and a two-tone steering wheel with tilt and telescopic adjustment.

According to the official press release, the cabins are equipped with leatherette seats, air-purifier with virus protection, seat back folding table, multi-colour mood lighting with footwell illumination, and solar glass, ensuring a comfortable and refined driving experience for families.

“As we welcome the festive season, we are excited to offer more choice to our customers with the expanded Carens Clavis EV lineup. These new trims make electric mobility more accessible, comfortable, and celebratory, delivering a smart, green, and exciting driving experience,” said Atul Sood, Senior VP and National Head, Sales and Marketing, Kia India.

With fast-charging capabilities, the 42 kWh battery provides a 404 km range, while the 51.4 kWh battery extends the range to 490 km, reaching 10–80 per cent charge in just 39 minutes.

Safety is a priority, with 18 advanced features, including six airbags, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Hill Start Assist (HAC), and more.

Kia India supports EV ownership through a robust EV ecosystem, including over 11,000 charging points via the K-Charge platform, route planning, live charger availability, and over 250 EV-ready workshops, ensuring convenience and worry-free ownership.

The Carens Clavis EV lineup now includes six trims: HTK+, HTX E, HTX, HTX E [ER], HTX [ER], and HTX+ [ER], strengthening Kia India’s position in the mass-premium EV segment.
