Kia India on Wednesday expanded the Seltos lineup with the launch of new top-spec GTX(O) and X-Line(O) variants, introducing an upgraded suite of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and connected car features for its mid-size SUV.

Priced from ₹21.57 lakh (ex-showroom), the new variants are equipped with the company’s ADAS F+ package comprising 28 safety features, including Front Collision-Avoidance Assist for junction crossing and lane-change scenarios, Highway Driving Assist, and navigation-based Smart Cruise Control for curves and designated zones.

The GTX(O) and X-Line(O) also feature the Connected Car Navigation Cockpit (ccNC), Kia Connect 2.0 with over 85 connected features, digital key functionality, a head-up display, smart air purifier with AQI display, smart dashcam with front and rear cameras, rain-sensing wipers and voice-enabled controls in select regional languages.

Available with both turbo-petrol and diesel powertrains, the new variants are built on Kia’s K3 platform. The launch follows the Seltos receiving a five-star rating in the Bharat NCAP crash tests.

“The Seltos has consistently evolved with changing customer expectations while remaining one of Kia’s strongest products in India. Its recent 5-star Bharat NCAP safety rating… reaffirmed the engineering strength and customer focus behind the vehicle,” said Atul Sood, Senior Vice-President, Marketing & Sales, Kia India.

Sood said the GTX(O) and X-Line(O) variants bring together the company’s “most comprehensive suite of advanced safety, connectivity and premium convenience features in one offering.”

According to the company, the Seltos has consistently recorded monthly sales of more than 10,000 units since the launch of the updated model.
