Hyundai Motor India Ltd. (HMIL) on Monday reported a 4.3 per cent rise in its domestic sales in November at 50,340 units, compared to 48,246 units in the same period last year. It recorded total sales of 66,840 units during the month under review, marking a year-on-year growth of 9.1 per cent. The company shipped 16,500 units.

Tarun Garg, Whole-time Director and Chief Operating Officer, said the momentum was supported by the government’s GST 2.0 reforms, which helped the company post continued growth in domestic sales during the month. He added that Hyundai’s push to strengthen India as a global manufacturing hub was reflected in a 26.9 per cent rise in monthly exports.

Garg highlighted that the newly launched Hyundai Venue — the company’s first software-defined vehicle (SDV) in India — has delivered a strong market response, securing more than 32,000 bookings within a month of launch. Equipped with Hyundai’s bold design language and advanced ccNC infotainment system powered by NVIDIA, the new Venue is expected to further bolster the company’s SUV portfolio.

Hyundai India stock was trading at ₹2,414, up 3.78per cent as of 2:19 pm IST on December 1, 2025.
