Rashmika reveals if she discusses acting with ‘PARTNER’ Vijay

Rashmika Mandanna reveals if she discusses acting with her 'partner' Vijay Deverakonda and being in the same profession: 'If something is bothering me..'

Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda are rumoured to be engaged though the duo have not yet publicly spoken up on it or dropped any pictures. However, it was said that Vijay’s team has confirmed the engagements. Rumours suggest that they are set to get married in February next year. While Rashmika has never referred to Vijay as her partner or fiancé, in a recent interview she was asked how it is when your partner is also in the same profession. The ‘Animal’ actress was asked if they discuss acting and craft since if your ‘partner’ is also an actor. This was asked giving an example of Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor. During a chat with Anupama Chopra for ‘The Hollywood Reporter India’, the actress was told that when once Alia was asked if she discusses the nitty-gritties of acting and the craft with Ranbir, the actress said ‘no’. So, how’s it with her partner Vijay? Reacting to it, Rashmika said, “As much as we are actors, I want to cut off from work when I go home. At least 80 percent of the times, I don’t. If something is bothering me, I go and ask for advice or help. At home, I want to cut off from work because you cannot be at 24/7 at work. Talking about work is still work. When I’m at work or in a meeting, I give my 100 percent but when I’m at home, I’m at home. I’m that kind of a person.” She further added, “We are actors and work doesn’t leave us but I know that with my mother, dad or anyone in my family, I don’t talk about work. I take my personal life extremely seriously. I’ve made it a thing, I don’t want to talk about work.” Rashmika had a great year professionally with movies like ‘Chhaava’ and ‘The Girlfriend’. She’s currently shooting for ‘Cocktail 2’ with Kriti Sanon and Shahid Kapoor.
