As per reports on Sacnilk, the film, earned an estimated Rs 8.25 crore on Monday. This is in line with early predictions that estimated the film would score around Rs 7–9 crore nett on Day 4 (Hindi). Although a big drop, this hold is said to be rather impressive as most other romantic dramas typically sees sharper drops after the weekend.Tere Ishk Mein Movie Review

Weekend total collections

‘Tere Ishk Mein’ began its box office run, with a collection of Rs 15.25 crore. Over the weekend, it saw numbers rise to an estimated Rs 16.25 crore on Saturday and recorded its highest collections on Sunday, with an estimated collection of Rs 18.25 crore. Monday’s collections now set the film’s total hindi nett collection at an estimated Rs 58 crore. As per the report, major urban centres such as Mumbai, Delhi–NCR, Chennai, Pune, and Hyderabad continued to show strong footfalls, while mass circuits also performed well.Meanwhile, the total collections from the Tamil markets are estimated to be around Rs 2.75 crore. This takes the overall India nett collections to an estimated Rs 60.75 crore nett mark. For a film driven more by content and storytelling than massive star power or action-heavy spectacle, such stability reflects strong word-of-mouth and audience appreciation. If ‘Tere Ishk Mein’ manages to keep up its momentum, it will be well-positioned for a strong first week, which could surpass the Rs 75 crores nett mark. If the trend continues through the weekdays, it could take its place on the list of successful romantic films.

Gross total collections

The film’s gross collections have reportedly shot past the Rs 70 crore mark, with the movie, earning an estimated total of Rs 71.75 crore. With an additional Rs 6 crore collected from overseas markets, this places the film’s worldwide total at an estimated Rs 77.75 crore.

Dhanush and Kriti’s top performing films

‘Tere Ishq Mein’ has already become Dhanush’s highest earning Hindi film, beating out ‘Raanjhanaa’ which earned an estimated Rs 60.22 crore. Kriti’s highest earning film is ‘Housefull 4’ with a collection of Rs 210.3 crore.

Upcoming ‘Dhurandhar’ and ‘Avatar 3’ releases

Backed by strong music, a soulful storyline, and solid chemistry between the lead pair, the film has clearly struck a chord with the audience. All eyes are now set on the box office to see how well the film performs through its first week before it faces competition from Ranveer Singh’s ‘Dhurandhar’ and the upcoming Hollywood release ‘Avatar: Fire and Ash’.
