‘Eko’ box office collections day 4: Film mints Rs 7.55 crores

'Eko' box office collections day 4: Sandeep Pradeep's film is way ahead of 'Vilayath Buddha'; mints Rs 7.55 crores

Sandeep Pradeep’s film ‘Eko’ is making waves at the box office, securing an impressive Rs 7.55 crore in its first four days. The movie demonstrates remarkable stability, especially with strong night show occupancy on Monday. Meanwhile, Prithviraj Sukumaran’s ‘Vilayath Buddha’ is struggling, falling significantly behind ‘Eko’ with only Rs 3.74 crore collected.

Sandeep Pradeep’s recently released film ‘Eko’ proves that strong content is surely an important factor when it comes to impressing the audiences and winning over stardom at the box office. After delivering a solid opening weekend with Rs 5.70 crore India net, the film has shown remarkable stability on Day 4 as well. Early estimates from the Sacnilk website suggest that the film collected Rs 1.85 crore on Monday. Now the four-day earnings stand at an impressive Rs 7.55 crore.

High occupancy strengthens film’s run

On Monday, November 24, 2025, the film had an Malayalam occupancy of 32.01%. Morning shows showed a 19.48% turnout. The occupancy gradually increased through the day with 24.57% in the afternoon, 34.64% during evening shows, and a remarkable 49.34% for night shows. The Sandeep Pradeep starrer is getting much adulation for it’s performances, sound design, story, and the execution style. ‘Eko’ is a movie that can be surely considered ‘Rewatch worthy’.

‘Vilayath Buddha’ falls behind in box office clash

While ‘Eko’ surges ahead, Prithviraj Sukumaran’s ‘Vilayath Buddha’ seems to be struggling to maintain momentum. The Prithviraj Sukumaran starrer action drama has faced a steep decline in the weekday earnings. Reportedly the movie collected Rs 1.7 crore on Friday, Rs 1 crore on Saturday, and Rs 75 lakhs on Sunday. The day 4 collections has seen a significant drop to just Rs 29 lakhs India net. With a total of Rs 3.74 crore in four days, the film now stands far behind ‘Eko’ in the race.Directed by Dinjith Ayyathan, ‘Eko’ stars Sandeep Pradeep alongside Vineeth, Narain Kumar, Binu Pappu, and Ashokan in key roles.DISCLAIMER: The box office numbers in this article are compiled from our proprietary sources and diverse public data.
