Aurangabad Election Results 2025 Highlights: BJP's ​Trivikram Singh faces INC's Anand Shankar Singh

Aurangabad Assembly constituency is a general category seat located in Aurangabad district of Bihar and is one of the six seats under the Aurangabad Lok Sabha constituency. According to the 2011 Census, it has a total population of 4,16,133, with 75.43 per cent residing in rural areas and 24.57 per cent in urban areas. The constituency has a Scheduled Caste (SC) population of 21.64 per cent and a Scheduled Tribe (ST) population of 0.04 per cent.

In the 2020 assembly election, Indian National Congress candidate Anand Shankar Singh won the seat, securing 70,018 votes, accounting for 41.27 per cent of the total votes. He defeated his nearest rival, Ramadhar Singh of the Bharatiya Janata Party, who received 67,775 votes.
