Esha Deol rubbishes Dharmendra death reports: 'My father is stable and recovering'

Legendary actor Dharmendra is admitted to the breach candy hospital. The actor complained of breathlessness and while on Tuesday morning reports of his demise flooded the social, media, Esha Deol has now confirmed that Dharmendra is recovering. The rumours of his death were across social media as defence minister Rajnath Singh tweeted, “Deeply saddened by the demise of veteran actor and former MP Shri Dharmendra ji. A versatile actor who brought life to many memorable characters with his unmatched charm and sincerity. His remarkable contribution to Indian cinema will always be remembered. My heartfelt condolences to his family and admirers.”

However, Esha Deol has now confirmed that the death reports are false and the actor is recovering and stable. Esha wrote, “The media seems to be in overdrive. And spreading false news. My father is stable and recovering. We request everyone to give our family privacy. Thank you for the prayers for Papa’s speedy recovery.” On Monday evening, Sunny Deol’s team also issued a statement which said, “Mr Dharmendra is stable and under observation. Further comments and updates will be shared as available. Kindly don’t indulge in spreading false rumours regarding his health. Request everyone to pray for his speedy recovery and respect the family’s right to privacy.”
