Mike Smith, the ‘Trailer Park Boys’ actor, has been charged with sexual harassment over an incident that happened in 2017. The 53-year-old stepped down from the corporation and has been advised not to communicate with the alleged victim or visit their school, home, or workplace.

Smith was charged on October 2 over a matter that reportedly occurred on December 30, 2017, in Dartmouth, according to the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. The poster banner of Trailer Park Boy Inc. released a statement in which they acknowledged being aware of the concerning allegation and confirmed that he stepped away from the company’s managing director. “We recognize how difficult an allegation of this nature is for all involved,” the statement read, before adding, “Out of respect for the legal process, we will not comment further on the case.”As per the TMZ report, this is not the first time Mike Smith’s name has been associated with the legal proceedings. Back in 2016, Mike Smith was arrested after he allegedly pinned a woman against the wall. However, the Los Angeles City Attorney declined to prosecute the case, citing insufficient evidence.
