Method

Shake vigorously until chilled.

Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Add rum, lime juice, syrup, and ice.

Shake well and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

Garnish with a mango slice and chili ring.

Fill ¾ of the glass with crushed ice and churn with the bar spoon.

Top with more crushed ice and garnish with a mint sprig.

Add rum, pineapple juice, and coconut water.

Fill with ice and shake for 15–20 seconds until chilled.

Strain over crushed ice into a hurricane or tall highball glass.
