Vivaan Shah, son of his co-star Ratna Pathak Shah, shared heartfelt memories, saying Satish’s spirit, wisdom, and genius “will live on forever.” His funeral was held in Mumbai, honoring his 40+ year career in film, TV, and theatre.

Satish Shah, beloved for his impeccable humor and natural acting, passed away on October 25. His memorable work in iconic shows like ‘Yeh Jo Hai Zindagi’ and ‘Sarabhai vs Sarabhai’ combined laughter with genuine emotion, endearing him to fans long after his roles ended. The news of his sudden passing has deeply affected the entertainment world. With a career stretching over four decades, Satish Shah left his mark in popular films such as ‘Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro’, ‘Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa’, ‘Main Hoon Na’, ‘Kal Ho Na Ho’, and ‘Om Shanti Om’. However, his talents were not confined to the big screen; he also made significant contributions to theatre and television, becoming a beloved figure across multiple arenas of entertainment.
