‘Loss Of Control, Not Deliberate Ramming Of Bike’: Court Grants Bail To Accused In BMW Crash Case

In the Delhi BMW accident case involving the death of a Finance Ministry official, the court on Tuesday granted bail to the accused Gaganpreet Kaur, observing that the CCTV footage shows loss of control.
