How to Claim Kerala Lottery Prize Money?
Winners must first verify their ticket numbers against the official results published in the Kerala Government Gazette. Once confirmed, prizes can be claimed in person at the Kerala Lottery Office, Gorky Bhavan, near Bakery Junction, Thiruvananthapuram.
To claim a prize, the following documents are required:
- The original winning ticket, self-attested on both sides
- A passport-size photograph, attested by a Gazetted Officer
- A self-attested copy of the PAN card (mandatory for tax purposes)
- A valid ID and address proof, such as Aadhaar, Voter ID, Ration Card or PAN card
- A completed prize claim form, available online, affixed with a revenue stamp as per regulations
All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the draw date; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.

Winners must submit the original winning ticket within 30 days of the draw to claim their prize. Claims submitted after this period will be considered invalid, and the prize money will be forfeited. The ticket, along with the required documents, should be submitted to the designated authority based on the prize amount, as specified below.
- Prizes up to Rs 5,000: Can be claimed through authorised lottery agents
- Prizes up to Rs 1 lakh (within Kerala): To be submitted at the respective District Lottery Office
- Prizes up to Rs 1 lakh (outside Kerala): Must be submitted to the Directorate of State Lotteries
- Prizes above Rs 1 lakh: Should be submitted directly to the Director of State Lotteries
- Prizes between Rs 1 lakh and Rs 20 lakh: Claims should be addressed to the Deputy Director
