Winners are required to verify their ticket numbers by cross-checking them with the official results published in the Kerala Government Gazette. After confirmation, they must visit the Kerala Lottery Office at Gorky Bhavan, near Bakery Junction, Thiruvananthapuram, to claim their prize.

To complete the claim process, the following documents must be submitted:

The original winning ticket, signed and self-attested on both sides.

A passport-size photograph, attested by a Gazetted Officer.

A self-attested copy of the PAN card (for income tax compliance).

A valid proof of identity and address (such as Aadhaar, Voter ID, Ration Card or PAN card).

A duly filled prize money receipt form (available online), affixed with a revenue stamp and submitted as per official instructions.

All prize claims must be made within 30 days from the date of the draw.
