Aryan-Suhana congratulate SRK: ‘This Silver is Gold…’

After more than three decades of ruling the hearts with his film performances, Shah Rukh Khan, on Tuesday, was honoured with the 71st National Award for ‘Best Actor in a Lead Role’ for ‘Jawan. After the big ceremony, Shah Rukh Khan, who was ecstatically seen flaunting his medal, had the sweetest message to love, share by son Aryan Khan and daughter Suhana Khan.

Sharing a photo of SRK proudly posing for a selfie with his medal, Suhana expressed her excitement and pride in a special post that read, “You always said you never win the silver, only lose the gold but This Silver is Gold…” “Our hearts are so happy seeing you receive the prestigious National Award, Congratulations papa we love you”, concluded the note, jointly shared by Aryan.Responding to the sweet gesture, mom Gauri Khan took to the comments to say, “Wow !!!!! Love u all.”

Gauri, was among the first to congratulate her husband. Sharing his photo, she wrote in a heartfelt post, “What a journey it’s been @iamsrk. Congratulations on winning the National Award!!! So deserving… it’s a result of your years of hardwork and dedication.””Now I’m designing a special mantle for this award,” the ace interior designer quipped.

On the work front

Shah Rukh was spotted making a solo appearance in Delhi. The actor had flown in from the abroad, where he has been shooting for his next action film ‘King’ with daughter Suhana. Joining the actor on the sets, was actress Deepika Padukone, who began her schedule with scenes with SRK and Suhana. The film will also star Rani Mukerji and Abhishek Bachchan. The Khan family most recently came together to celebrate the release of Aryan Khan’s web series ‘The Ba***ds of Bollywood’. The series marked his directorial debut.
