Ghaziabad Man Slits Wife’s Throat In Front Of Kids Over Suspected Affair, Later Confesses

A man killed his wife in front of their two children in Dadri over suspicion of an affair. He called the police and confessed to the crime.

A 36-year-old man allegedly killed his wife over suspicion of an affair. The man slit his wife’s throat in front of their kids. After the heinous crime, the man called the police and allegedly confessed to the crime.

The accused, identified as Kishan Sharma, originally hailed from Bulandshahr and was working as a daily wage worker in Ghaziabad. As per a report by Times of India, Kishan used to live with his wife, 32-year-old Chanchal, and their two children- aged six and seven years- in a one-room rented house in Dadri.

As per the police, Kishan suspected that his wife was having an affair with another man and this led to a dispute between the two.

On Sunday morning, the argument escalated and at around 5 am, Kishan murdered his wife. Amid the heated argument, he attacked Chanchal with a knife and slit her throat. The traumatised children saw their father killing their mother.

After the act, Kishan dialled emergency helpline 112 and informed the police about the crime. TOI reported that Kishan told police, “I have killed my wife and am sitting with her body and my children”.

A team rushed to their house and saw Kishan sitting with his wife’s body. A murder case is registered against him.
