Visuals shared by ANI show excited customers standing in long queues since early morning on Friday. The iPhone 17 starts at Rs 82,900 for the 256 GB model, while the iPhone 17 Pro is priced from Rs 1,34,900. Early trends have already shown an increase in the pre-bookings of Apple’s iPhone 17 series in India as compared to the iPhone 16 launch.

“Pre-orders for iPhone 17 are outpacing those of iPhone 16 during the same launch window, and this momentum should sustain through the Diwali quarter. Demand for the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max has been especially strong, raising the possibility of early supply shortages,” Upasana Joshi, analyst at IDC, told Moneycontrol.
