A US Navy officer who spotted four Tic-Tac-shaped UFOs off the coast of California while aboard the USS Jackson managed to convince a skeptical radar official that the “craft were real with an undeniable checkmate.”

In an interview with The NewYork Post, US Navy Senior Chief Petty Officer Alexandro Wiggins revealed that he saw the first UFO emerge from the ocean on February 15, 2023. “What am I seeing? From my observations, it did in fact come from the water,” he recalled.

Initially detected on radar, the object prompted Wiggins to seek visual confirmation. Stepping out to the core bridge wing of the Jackson, he witnessed something unusual. The 21-year-old was convinced it wasn’t conventional human technology after observing its odd manoeuvre.

“It was rising into the air high enough…” he noted, adding that the object moved too quickly and in a way he had never seen before.

From his vantage point on the ship, Wiggins also spotted three additional objects nearby and immediately alerted a tactical officer before confirming their presence on radar.

In April, George Knapp and Jeremy Corbell released a video recording of the Sapphire radar tracking the event on their Weaponized podcast.

“From the video, that’s what you get—you see that original Tic-Tac object that I visually saw off the port bridge wing,” Wiggins explained.

According to The NewYork Post, the footage showed an oval-shaped black spot on the radar moving vertically before joining three other similarly shaped craft.

At least one radar operator initially suggested the object might be a plane. However, Wiggins remained confident in his assessment. Moments later, a commercial aircraft appeared on the radar, its clear shape—including wings, tail, and nose—offered a stark contrast to the earlier unidentified figures.

“It was kind of like ‘Checkmate,’ and he sat back down,” Wiggins remarked. “Even if I were to second-guess myself before, I no longer could.”

He later testified before the House Transparency Task Force at the third UAP hearing to share his experience. During the session, a video showing a Hellfire missile striking a UFO was also presented.
