Winners are advised to verify their ticket numbers against the official results published in the Kerala Government Gazette. If your number appears in the list, you can claim your prize at the Kerala Lottery Office, Gorky Bhavan, near Bakery Junction, Thiruvananthapuram.

To process your claim, you will need to submit the following documents:

  1. The original winning ticket, self-attested on both sides
  2. A recent passport-size photograph attested by a Gazetted Officer
  3. A self-attested copy of your PAN card (for taxation purposes)
  4. Valid photo and address proof (such as Aadhaar, Voter ID, Ration Card, or PAN card)
  5. A duly filled prize claim form (available online) with a revenue stamp affixed as per the rules

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the draw date to be considered valid for processing.
