AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi has outlined his party’s strategy ahead of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections, stating that the fight will be for justice and political representation. Addressing a public rally in Moradabad, Owaisi said his party would no longer accept a secondary role and would demand a stronger position in political alliances. He also criticized the BJP governments at the Centre and in Uttar Pradesh, while targeting Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav over minority representation. Owaisi referred to the recent youth protest in Delhi as a landmark movement and said the success of young protesters demonstrated the power of unity. He announced that AIMIM would focus on giving more opportunities to young leaders in the upcoming elections. Highlighting the importance of Muslim voters in Uttar Pradesh, Owaisi has been conducting rallies in Muslim-majority regions, including Bahraich, Bijnor, Saharanpur, and Moradabad. With the state elections approaching, AIMIM is attempting to strengthen its base and position itself as a voice for underrepresented communities.
