JSW MG Motor ZS EVPremium and luxury automotive retailer Landmark Cars on Saturday said it has received a letter of intent (LOI) from JSW MG Motor India Pvt Ltd to open a new MG Experia showroom in Vastral, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
The new dealership will be Landmark Cars’ second JSW MG Motor sales outlet in Ahmedabad and 17th MG outlet overall, the company said.
According to the company’s statement, the expansion is in line with its strategy of deepening its presence within existing brands and geographies.
The company said Ahmedabad, where it began operations 27 years ago, continues to be an important market for its business.
The company said JSW MG Motor has emerged as a significant part of its portfolio over the past few years and that the new dealership will further strengthen its partnership with the automaker, which has multiple new energy vehicle launches planned.
Landmark Cars retails vehicles across brands including Mercedes-Benz, Honda, Jeep, Volkswagen, BYD, Renault, Mahindra & Mahindra, Kia, JSW MG Motor and Citroën, and also operates Ashok Leyland commercial vehicle dealerships.
Its operations span new vehicle sales, after-sales service and repairs, pre-owned passenger vehicle sales, and facilitation of third-party financial and insurance products.
