A Mumbai Sessions Court on Tuesday imposed a token fine of Rs 100 on cricketer Prithvi Shaw for failing to file his response in a molestation case brought by social media influencer Sapna Gill.

The court granted Shaw an additional opportunity to submit his reply to Gill’s criminal revision petition, which seeks to overturn a magistrate court’s earlier decision not to register an FIR against the cricketer.
