Renewed escalation between the United States and Iran, with both sides allegedly targeting each other’s military positions after a ceasefire reportedly ended. According to the report, Iran launched attacks on U.S. military facilities in Kuwait, including Camp Buehring, Udairi base, and other locations, claiming damage to communication systems, Patriot air defense units, control towers, and weapons depots. The report says Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) claimed responsibility for the strikes. On the other side, the United States reportedly carried out fresh airstrikes on multiple Iranian locations, including Bandar Abbas, Chabahar, Jask, Qeshm Island, Bushehr, Asaluyeh, and Tangestan. The report claims that around 10 Iranian sites were targeted in recent strikes, with damage reported near the Bushehr nuclear facility’s outer security area. Iran has reportedly warned of further retaliation and targeted U.S. bases in Kuwait, Qatar, Jordan, and Oman, along with drone attacks in Bahrain and the UAE. The Strait of Hormuz remains a major point of tension, with Iran calling it a key strategic asset for its security and sovereignty.
