Shehnaaz Gill breaks silence on dating rumours with Raghav Juyal

Shehnaaz Gill breaks silence on dating rumours with Raghav Juyal after video of her sitting on his lap goes viral: 'Woh mera bohot acha dost hai'

Shehnaaz Gill has finally reacted to the dating rumours with dancer turned actor Raghav Juyal. Speculation about the two has been circulating for months, with neither of them publicly confirming or denying their relationship. The rumours intensified recently after the duo arrived together at Raghav’s birthday celebration, while another viral video allegedly showed Shehnaaz sitting on his lap as they got into a car. Addressing the buzz for the first time, the actress described Raghav as a “very good friend.”Shehnaaz was asked about the rumours surrounding her and Raghav. However, the ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’ actor made it clear that she did not wish to discuss her personal life. “No personal questions, please,” Shehnaaz said in an interview with Pinkvilla, before steering the conversation towards Raghav’s upcoming film ‘Bhai Tera Star Hai’.Rather than commenting on the speculation, Shehnaaz urged fans to support Raghav’s next release and praised his journey in the industry. “Mere dost ki film aa rahi hai, Bhai Tera Star Hai, aap please usko support karo” (My friend’s film is coming, please support him). Calling him one of her closest friends, she added, “Woh mera boht acha dost hai, uski film chalni boht zaroori hai” (He is my very good friend. It is important for his film to work).Shehnaaz also applauded Raghav for carving out a successful career on his own, saying he had reached where he is through hard work rather than industry connections. “As a hero, as a main lead vo pehli baar aa raha hai toh logon ko usko support karna boht zaroori hai kyunki vo koi industry ka banda nhi hai, vo khud bana hai jo bana hai. So please uski film dekhne jao (As a hero and main lead he is coming for the first time. Please support him because he is not from the industry. He has made a name for himself so please watch his movie),” she added.Raghav and Shehnaaz previously shared screen space in Salman Khan’s ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’. During the film’s promotions in 2023, Salman playfully fuelled speculation about the pair’s equation.“I saw a chemistry being built between two people on set. But nothing happened, at least from one person’s end. The other one was eager,” he had said.Raghav later dismissed the rumours, clarifying that Salman was only joking and insisting there was no romantic relationship between them.“Shehnaaz and I have acted in the film together, that’s it. It is natural for people to ask questions about your co-actors, but no, we are not dating. I am single,” he told the Times of India.
