Investigators are examining the route taken by the accused, the sequence of events, and the alleged signal used before the fatal push to strengthen the case. Police have also questioned Siya’s parents for nearly 11 hours after earlier questioning her brother, seeking details about her relationship with Chetan and her state of mind. While Siya’s family claims they were unaware of the relationship, her brother confirmed that Siya and Chetan knew each other through cricket matches.
