‘Mirzapur – The Movie’ teaser out: Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, Divyenndu return with bigger ‘Bhaukaal’

The makers of ‘Mirzapur: The Movie’ have finally dropped the teaser of the much-anticipated action drama. The film is a big screen adaptation of the highly popular web series. The fan favourite characters Kaleen Bhaiyya, Guddu Bhaiyya, and Munna Bhaiyya are set to return with the movie.

The teaser welcomes audiences back to the world of Mirzapur with Ali Fazal, Pankaj Tripathi, and Divyenndu, while Jitendra Kumar steps into the role of Bablu Pandit, bringing the fan-favourite character back to the screen. Joining the saga is Ravi Kishan, whose powerful new presence adds another intriguing dimension to the Mirzapur universe. The 2-minute and 23-second teaser will make you crave for more. The makers dropped the teaser on social media with the caption, “Witness the epic untold story, this September. Get ready for bhaukaal on the big screen. Cast of ‘Mirzapur: The Movie’

Further expanding the ensemble, the film features Abhishek Banerjee, Rasika Dugal, Mohitt Maalik, Sheeba Chadha, Rajesh Tailang, Pramod Pathak, Shriya Pilgaonkar, Harshita Shekhar Gaur, Shweta Tripathi, and Sonal S Chauhan, coming together to bring to life an epic untold chapter from the world of Mirzapur.

The film has been directed by Gurmeet Singh, while Puneet Krishna has penned it. The movie is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on September 4, 2026, in Hindi and Telugu. The movie has been backed by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani’s production house.
