At the trailer launch of Dhamaal 4, Ravi reacted with a laugh, saying the producer has suddenly become a millionaire. Dhamaal 4, starring Ajay Devgn and others, releases on July 10.

Over ten years after it first hit the screens, Ravi Kishan’s Bhojpuri action film ‘Dhurandhar: The Shooter’ is experiencing a surprising second wave of popularity. The 2013 film has been rediscovered by a whole new set of viewers online, all thanks to Ranveer Singh’s blockbuster ‘Dhurandhar’, with clips and mentions of the older film spreading rapidly across various social media platforms.

At the trailer launch event, a reporter asked Ravi whether he was aware that his 2013 Bhojpuri film ‘Dhurandhar’ was currently trending. Ravi responded with a laugh, saying it was just another one of those unexpected moments in his life. He said, “Yes, such big surprises keep happening in my life. I had done a film called ‘Dhurandhar’ in Bhojpuri. That film was also in a similar zone as the one that has just released, but it was in Bhojpuri and had a certain budget. Now, while trying to watch and track the new ‘Dhurandhar’, people ended up watching my version too. So thank you so much. The producer and those who own the rights have suddenly become millionaire.”

All about Ravi Kishan’s ‘Dhurandhar: The Shooter’

Originally released in 2013, ‘Dhurandhar: The Shooter’ starred Ravi Kishan in the lead role and was made as a full-on commercial Bhojpuri action entertainer. The film had a decent run among its audience back then, but its sudden comeback in the spotlight years later has caught everyone off guard.
