Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon, along with her sister Nupur and mother Geeta Sanon, sold four apartments in Andheri West, Mumbai, to filmmaker Mukesh Chhabra for Rs 8.9 crore. The family had bought these apartments between 2013 and 2017 for Rs 4.31 crore, making a profit of nearly 107%.

Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon has made a significant real estate move in Mumbai. She, along with her sister Nupur Sanon and mother Geeta Sanon, sold four apartments in Andheri West for a combined price of Rs 8.9 crore. The person on the other side of the deal is none other than filmmaker and casting director Mukesh Chhabra.

Kriti Sanon’s family makes a 107% profit on Mumbai property

As per Square Yards, the Sanon family had originally purchased these four apartments between 2013 and 2017 for a total of around Rs 4.31 crore. With the recent sale fetching Rs 8.9 crore, the family walked away with a profit of approximately Rs 4.6 crore, a capital gain of nearly 107% over a holding period of nine to thirteen years, making it a highly rewarding long-term investment.

Details of Kriti Sanon’s two larger apartments in Raheja Classique

According to property registration documents, the four transactions were all registered on the same day, April 24, 2026. Two of the apartments, both situated in Raheja Classique in Andheri West, were the bigger ones in the lot. Each was sold for Rs 3.23 crore, measured 654.23 sq ft in built-up area and had one car parking space. For each of these two units, the stamp duty paid was Rs 19.41 lakh and the registration charges were Rs 30,000.

As for the remaining two apartments in the same building, they were priced at Rs 1.21 crore each. Smaller in comparison, these units had a built-up area of 246.06 sq ft. Each transaction attracted a stamp duty of Rs 7.29 lakh, along with registration charges of Rs 30,000 per unit.

How Kriti Sanon’s family acquired the four Mumbai apartments

Reports indicate that Geeta Sanon was the first in the family to invest in the property, picking up the two larger apartments back in July 2013 for a combined price of Rs 1.40 crore. Several years later, in June 2017, sisters Kriti and Nupur added the remaining two units to the family’s portfolio for a combined Rs 2.90 crore. In total, the family spent around Rs 4.31 crore acquiring all four apartments.
