The Turbo TCe 100 engine produces 100 PS of power and 160 Nm of torque.India’s automotive testing agency, the Automotive Research Association of India, certified a fuel efficiency of 19.41 km/l for the turbocharged petrol variant of the Renault Duster, according to information released on Friday.
The certification applies to the Duster Turbo TCe 100 variants, powered by a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine paired with a six-speed manual transmission.

“The Turbo TCe 100 engine uses turbocharging and efficient combustion to deliver responsive performance with strong fuel economy. With the 6‑speed manual transmission, the powertrain provides a balanced and efficient driving experience,” said V Vikraman, Chief of Renault Engineering, Renault Group India.
The updated Duster is built on a new platform architecture and features a reworked powertrain tuned for improved fuel economy and drivability under varied conditions.
