Winners must first confirm their ticket number with the official results published in the Kerala Government Gazette. If the number matches, the prize can be claimed at the Kerala Lottery Office, Gorky Bhavan, near Bakery Junction, Thiruvananthapuram.

For a hassle-free claim process, the following documents are required:

  1. The original winning lottery ticket, self-attested on both sides.
  2. A recent passport-size photograph attested by a Gazetted Officer.
  3. A self-attested copy of the PAN card (mandatory for income tax compliance).
  4. Valid identity and address proof, such as Aadhaar, Voter ID, Ration Card or PAN card.
  5. A duly filled prize claim form (available online), affixed with a revenue stamp, submitted as per official guidelines.
