JSW MG Motor India on Tuesday said that it has expanded its presence in Nepal through a distribution partnership with the Golchha Organization, the company said on Tuesday.

As part of the partnership, a new MG dealership has been opened in Kathmandu to retail the company’s vehicle lineup, including the MG Hector, MG Windsor and MG Comet.

The move comes as automakers look to expand in the Nepalese passenger vehicle market amid rising demand for connected and alternative mobility solutions.

The partnership will also focus on building after sales and service infrastructure in the country.

Nepal has emerged as a growing market for automobile brands, with increasing consumer interest in technology-driven and sustainable mobility offerings.

“This dealership is designed to offer a comprehensive and elevated customer experience, backed by modern infrastructure and a strong focus on service excellence,” said Akash Golchha, Dealer Principal, Nepal.
