Since its release on Maharashtra Day, the film has not only become a cultural phenomenon but also the fastest Marathi-language production to cross the Rs. 50 crore India net mark. ‘Raja Shivaji’ Week 1 and second weekend earnings

‘Raja Shivaji’ debuted with a staggering Rs. 11.35 crore, the highest opening ever for Marathi cinema. Within just three days, it surpassed the lifetime collections of the 2014 hit ‘Lai Bhaari’. Unlike typical big-budget films that witness a “Monday crash,” ‘Raja Shivaji’ doubled the previous Monday record held by ‘Ved’, collecting Rs. 5.60 crore. By the end of its first week, the film stood tall at Rs. 52.65 crore, recovering over half of its massive Rs. 100 crore budget. On Day 8 which marked its second Friday saw the film collect Rs. On Day 9, second Saturday, the film qitnessed a massive 75% jump, raking in Rs. 5.60 crore.

According to Sacnilk, on Day 10, ‘Raja Shivaji’ is currently running across 2,012 shows and has collected a live net of Rs. 2.28 crore so far today.This brings the total India gross to Rs. 75.60 crore and total India net to Rs. 63.73 crore, with final figures still to be reported as afternoon, evening and night shows are tallied.
