In Toronto, Canada will face Bosnia & Herzegovina on June 12. Michael Bublé will perform at the Canadian opening ceremony along with Alessia Cara and Alanis Morissette. The Athletic also reported that Jessie Reyez, Nora Fatehi and William Prince will be involved in the wider festivities. The report did not link those artists directly to the June 12 Toronto performance.Mexico will open the 2026 FIFA World Cup on June 11 against South Africa at Azteca Stadium.
