A viral clip has put streamer Clavicular at the centre of fresh GTA 6 discussion, but not for the reason many expected. In a video shared by X account @viewsceo on June 25, Clavicular reacted angrily to rumours that Rockstar Games had included a character based on him in Grand Theft Auto VI. Rockstar has not confirmed the claim, and it remains fan speculation. Even so, Clavicular made it clear he was not happy with the rumours.

Clavicular reacts to GTA 6 rumours, calls out Rockstar Games

The 31-second clip shows streamer Clavicular sitting at an outdoor café while looking at his phone. As he reads messages about the supposed GTA 6 character, his reaction quickly changes from surprise to frustration. He says, “I have a character in GTA? Of course Rockstar is gonna try to clout chase. Stop talking about GTA 6. Of course they’re going to clout chase. It’s ridiculous.”A few moments later, he takes a drink before adding, “I’m not touching GTA 6, not a fing chance.” The clip was first shared by @viewsceo and was later reposted by several other streamer news accounts. Many people in the replies found the reaction surprising. Some joked that most creators would see a GTA appearance as a compliment, while others believed Clavicular was simply responding to constant messages from viewers.

Who is Clavicular and why are fans linking him to GTA VI?

Clavicular, whose real name is Braden Eric Peters, is a 20-year-old American Kick and Twitch streamer known for his IRL content and his connection to the online looksmaxxing community. Over the past few years, he has built a large following through livestreams, viral clips and internet drama. The latest discussion started because some fans believe an unreleased GTA VI character looks similar to him. However, Rockstar Games has not announced or confirmed that any in-game character is based on Clavicular. At this stage, the claim is only a fan theory that has spread across social media. With GTA VI set to feature many characters inspired by modern internet culture, fans often compare new faces from trailers and promotional material to real people. Similar rumours have appeared before, but Rockstar rarely comments on them before a game’s release. For now, the only confirmed development is Clavicular’s public reaction. Whether the resemblance is real or just another online joke remains unknown until Rockstar says otherwise.
