Ashutosh Dixit, Brand Director, Porsche IndiaŠkoda Auto Volkswagen India Private Limited (SAVWIPL) on Tuesday officially announced the appointment of Ashutosh Dixit as Brand Director of Porsche India with immediate effect.
ETAuto was the first to break this news on March 18.
Dixit succeeds Manolito Vujicic, who has stepped down to pursue opportunities outside the group.
“His leadership experience across regions and functions makes him exceptionally well-positioned to guide Porsche India into its next phase,” said Manfred Bräunl, Chief Executive Officer, Porsche Middle East and Africa.
Dixit brings over 28 years of experience in the automotive sector across India, China and Europe, including nearly two decades within the Volkswagen Group. He was most recently serving as Market Development Director at Porsche Middle East and Africa, where he was involved in initiatives related to the Indian market.
“His proven ability to navigate diverse markets and lead with vision makes him the right person to drive our journey forward,” said Jan Bures, Executive Director of Sales, Marketing and Digital, Škoda Auto Volkswagen India.
Porsche India operates under Škoda Auto Volkswagen India, which oversees multiple Volkswagen Group brands in the country.
