He added, “I’m finding that there’s been violence both ways between these parties.” This was the first time Mortensen and the ‘Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ alum were spotted together since they announced their split. He directly addressed the two parents regarding the case and their son’s custody, adding, “I’m hoping you’re not just people who thrive on the drama and the conflict. You guys have to figure out a lot here. You have to figure out how to function as co-parents. This is dysfunctional.”They have also advised them to stay away from each other, citing it as the best possible decision for their 2-year-old son. The next hearing in the case will take place on June 1. The duo will also receive official recommendations about handling parenting time, among other things, before their hearing.
