She said, “I didn’t know we were going to speak at the event. At least I would’ve learned something in Hindi. Personally, I thank you so much.” The actor requested the audience to excuse her grammatical errors, adding, “Thank you so much. This evening was great. When I look back at my journey in the industry, I don’t know what work I have done, but I felt happy that whatever I have done, it brings me to films with people that are so talented and I end up being so humbled.”Pallavi also shared her appreciation for her film journey, saying, “Today was a very emotional day for me, because I didn’t know this was happening. But it’s an absolutely beautiful journey.”Pallavi also struck a lighter note during her speech, saying, “At least Aamir sir is crazy enough to be so emotional in public, but although I love my scenes, I wish the lights were dim so that I can be more emotional.”‘Ek Din ki Mehfil’ releases on May 1.‘Ek Din’ marks a significant milestone in Pallavi’s career as she transitions into Hindi cinema, before she takes over the big screens this Diwali with ‘Ramayana’. Sai is set to play the role of Maa Sita in the Nitesh Tiwari directed epic which also stars Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama and Yash as Ravana.
